Welcome! I’m Hayley Boles, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Fayetteville, Arkansas. I primarily work with children, adolescents, and young adults, though I am open to working with all ages if you feel we'd be a good fit.
I believe that therapy is a powerful tool for helping individuals and families to be the most authentic versions of themselves. Meeting people where they are and creating a safe and accepting environment are integral pieces of my approach. I have experience working with a range of life and relationship concerns, though supporting individuals in healing from trauma is one of my biggest passions. Providing an affirming space for members of the LGBTQ+ community and neurodivergent community is very important to my practice.
I draw from a variety of approaches in my work, including EMDR, sand tray techniques, expressive arts techniques, and talk therapy. I am also trained in using play therapy and Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) with younger children. I have my infant mental health license and am able to see clients as young as 2 years old. For children under 3 years old, parents are required to be in sessions with them as the focus is on parent-child relationships at this age.
I also have extensive experience working with the foster care and adoptee community. Working with individuals who have experienced attachment related traumas is another passion of mine.
Whatever you're going through or hoping to change, you are worthy of compassionate space to have help figuring it out.
